Review the authority type, insurance or financial-responsibility filing, insurer or surety name when public, coverage or bond amount where shown, effective and cancellation dates, and the source timestamp.
What it proves
An accepted filing can support an active for-hire authority status when that filing is required. It does not prove that a specific truck, driver, cargo, trip, claim, loss, or contract is covered.
