Hotshot College provides the platform, labels sources and states, applies moderation rules, and offers correction, response, mediation, and appeal processes.
Platform duties
Hotshot College does not promise that every submission is true. It can screen, restrict, investigate, label, decline, or remove content under its policies. It should not write fake reviews, buy sentiment-conditioned reviews, distort the meaning of reviews, or use unfair suppression.
Business impact
A user must make independent decisions. Hotshot College does not guarantee employment, bookings, payment, reputation, revenue, or business results, and a user submission is not an official finding. Those notices do not excuse unlawful platform conduct or remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
