Open Dashboard, choose My Subscription, and begin checkout with Choose plan, or open the saved-payment-method action available for your account. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s protected field.
Before saving
Confirm the billing name and address, card expiration date, selected plan, trial or sign-up fee, renewal amount, and next-payment terms displayed on screen.
Card security
Hotshot College should store only the payment-provider token and limited card display details, such as brand and last four digits. Do not send a full card number by email, direct message, or support form.
If the card is not accepted
Check the visible error, billing address, available funds, and issuer controls. Then contact the card issuer or HSC Support with the safe error text and time of the attempt.
